Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Learning & Development professional to support the Stennis Test Team. You will develop and deliver technical training, build engaging content, and partner with internal experts to ensure readiness for flight‑level testing.

You will manage learning experiences, coordinate with external partners, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and metrics. This role requires on-site collaboration at Stennis, MS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred).
• Collaborative but analytical, goal-oriented team player.
• Familiarity with training platforms and tools (LMS, Content authoring tools, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify Stennis Test Teams Learning Needs: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs for the Stennis Test Team.
• Represent the Talent Development Team: Develop learning content and programs for the Stennis Test Teams, leveraging existing resources.
• Own Stennis Test Learning Experience: Develop, facilitate, and manage in-person and virtual training sessions and learning experiences; schedule sessions, prepare materials, track attendance, and drive improvements from learner feedback.
• Leverage the Learning Management System: Ensure learning programs are captured, resources are available, and attendance records are maintained for compliance.
• Continuously Improve Stennis Test Learning Experience: Monitor, evaluate, and improve training content and sessions; report findings to stakeholders and leadership; build scalable systems.
• Engage External Partners and Vendors: Leverage external expertise for specialized resources and programs to support growth and success.

You will directly support the Stennis Test team who designs, builds, and operates Relativity’s propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. You’ll work in a close-knit, dynamic environment where collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is not only encouraged, but expected. As the company scales, the Stennis Test team becomes even more critical to unlocking our next phase of growth: proving out full-stage systems and paving the way for routine, reliable flights of Terran R.

About the Role:

• Identify Stennis Test Teams Learning Needs: Collaborate and partner directly with various internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs related to a variety of tasks and processes within the Stennis Test Team
• Represent the Talent Development Team: Develop various learning content and programs for the Stennis Test Teams in line with the overarching learning experience and standards at Relativity Space; leverage existing learning content and programs where applicable
• Own Stennis Test Learning Experience: Develop, facilitate, and manage in-person and virtual training sessions and learning experiences; including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, attendance tracking, and driving improvement through feedback from learner surveys
• Leverage the Learning Management System: Ensure Stennis Test learning programs are captured, team members have resources for self-service, and attendance records are tracked for compliance purposes
• Continuously Improve Stennis Test Learning Experience: Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of training content, sessions, and learning experiences; report findings to necessary stakeholders and senior leadership; utilize this information for on-going improvements; developing systems that promote scalability and automation
• Engage External Partners and Vendors: Leverage external expertise where needed for specialized resources, learning programs, or learning experiences that will support the growth, health, and overall success of the Stennis Test Team and Relativity Space

About You:

• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred)
• Demonstrated experience as collaborative but analytical, goal-oriented team player
• Familiarity with training platforms and tools (LMS, Content authoring tools, etc.)

Nice to haves but not required:

• 8+ years of technical training experience (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Storyline Articulate/360

Successful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi.
