E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated Technical Trainer with 8 years of relevant professional experience in the cleared IT government contracting space to join our growing team. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions that help users adopt and utilize modern IT systems and technologies.

Leverage adult learning methodologies, eLearning development, and technical communications to create engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI Poly if needed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions for IT systems and technologies
• Provide technical mentorship and drive process improvements
• Promote standardization and advance secure technology adoption across the enterprise
• Translate complex technical information into clear training content
• Measure training effectiveness and support organizational change initiatives
