Job summary

OnHires is hiring on behalf of a global hands-on tech-education platform that offers courses on DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, and AI, built around real labs. The instructor shapes the curriculum, writes and tests hands-on lab specs, and narrates engaging video lessons.

Fully remote with flexible hours and a Europe/Asia-based team; a paid course project starts around three months and pays on delivery.

• Real, current use of AI in your engineering work: AI agents, coding assistants, LLM-based automation.

• Excellent spoken and written English, confidence on camera, and a genuine passion for teaching.

How it works:

• It starts with one paid course project, alongside your current job, with a typical duration of around 3 months.
• A fixed fee per course is agreed upfront based on length and complexity, paid on delivery.
• Fully remote with flexible hours, weekly sync, Slack communication, and some time-zone overlap with a Europe/Asia-based team.
