Job summary

Infinitive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead data modernization initiatives for enterprise clients. You will bridge engineering, product, and external stakeholders to guide technical architecture decisions across AWS data services and large-scale ETL pipelines.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong program governance, deep client engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable roadmaps while enabling TPMs and scaling operational excellence across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience with data discovery and mapping across large data attributes.
• Proven client-facing capacity aligning multi-client needs to platform roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of AWS data services including Glue, Lambda, Aurora, S3, EMR, DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, batch processing, Spark/PySpark, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Roadmap Alignment: translate business needs into strategic program roadmaps.
• Batch Data & Attribute Discovery: document justifications for thousands of data attributes across legacy and target modern schemas.
• Architectural Partnership: shape technical architecture across AWS platforms.
• Program Execution: deliver end-to-end scalable ETL pipelines and data integration strategies.
• Governance & Alignment: own program plans, risk mitigation, and executive reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaison between clients, engineering, and product to align architecture with business outcomes.
• TPM Enablement: build frameworks, documentation, and onboarding paths to support incoming TPMs.
