Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide first line on-site and phone technical support for Pebble Beach operations and corporate. You will install, configure, and maintain all technology, and create documentation for the knowledge base.

The Senior Technical Support Specialist will provide first line technical support (on-site and by phone) for all Pebble Beach business operations and corporate. Create technical documentation and work with our knowledge base. Install, configure, and maintain all of the technology (hardware and software) for the divisions of the Pebble Beach Company.

• Manage the distribution and installation of new software and software updates for all company PC’s and related systems in tandem with the Applications’ team.
• Diagnose and correct hardware, software and networking problems, including user errors, configurations errors, and bugs.
• Provide overnight/after-hours maintenance when business needs dictate
• Provide 24-hour on-call support service as dictated by department schedule.
• Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
• Work independently to provide first line technical support with ability to work weekends and after-hours support as required.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Absolutely Required Skills:
