Job summary

Confidential Global Designer and Manufacturer of Adhesives and other Engineered Materials in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist and Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and application support for adhesives, tapes, films, and related materials.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required or PhD preferred.
• Zero to 2+ years in technical support or similar roles.
• Experience in electronics or electronic materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for adhesives, tapes, films, and related materials.
• Collaborate with customer engineering, quality, manufacturing teams.
• Troubleshoot product performance, application methods, and material compatibility.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and customer presentations.
