Nightwing seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support high-visibility, mission-critical systems in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will serve as escalation lead for Tier 2 and 3 incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and mentor junior staff to ensure operational excellence.

This hands-on, senior role requires active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance, IAT Level II certification, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• 10+ years of relevant technical support experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation point for Tier 2 and 3 support across IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis with long-term corrective actions.
• Independently manage and execute responsibilities for assigned systems or programs, often mission-critical.
• Lead or oversee junior team members with guidance and technical direction.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and documentation.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer to reduce recurring issues.
