eHub in Sandy, UT, is seeking a Technical Support Level 3 to join our team. You will support new and existing customers and partners with eHub's API integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide feedback to enhance our service offerings.

We value deep product knowledge, strong API skills with Postman, and excellent communication. You will work with the development team and set ambitious quarterly goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
2+ years of technical support or related experience in a tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in working with APIs using Postman.
Familiarity with JSON and XML.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
