You will liaise with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, and inventory teams to optimize material management, catalog maintenance, and sourcing strategies while applying advanced techniques to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; Bachelor's preferred.
• 6–10 years in supply chain or engineering assignments.
• Experience with procurement, inventory, and materials management processes.
• Proficiency with Asset Suite NAMS and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process technical material requests and maintain material master data.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and procurement on specs and sourcing.
• Analyze inventory and stocking levels to optimize availability.
• Support procurement by reviewing requisitions and resolving issues.
• Research alternative materials and supply chain solutions.
• Monitor demand forecasts, lead times, and inventory for readiness.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve obsolescence and shortages.
• Maintain documentation in enterprise systems.
