Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Logistics Analyst to join our Washington, DC team onsite. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and bring extensive logistics management experience to coordinate sustainment planning across acquisition lifecycles.

You will apply engineering and process-improvement skills to develop tools, ensure system element integration, and support safe, reliable supply operations for a major client. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a logistics management environment, or 12+ years of experience in a logistics management environment in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in the acquisition lifecycle and sustainment planning at the program level.
• Travel: ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Role Overview

As a Logistics Analyst, you will know that every program relies on clearly defined management processes to work. We are looking for a logistics subject matter expert to apply your engineering and process improvement expertise to develop tools for our client. Using your knowledge in logistics management, you will help coordinate all system elements and ensure long-lasting integration and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on sustainment planning over the acquisition lifecycle.
• Use findings to create a path forward that meets design requirements and ensures functionality.
• Apply experience with complex integrated systems and understanding of material specifications to ensure quality when designing critical solutions.

• Lead critical engineering logistics for our client.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a logistics management environment, or 12+ years of experience in a logistics management environment in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Experience in the acquisition lifecycle and sustainment planning at the program level. Experience with multi-million-dollar operations and equipment management. Experience shipping high volumes of equipment.

Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SOF/SMU logistics.
• Experience with classified shipments.
• Experience with interagency logistics.
