APM Terminals Inland Services Pvt Ltd in Elizabeth, NJ seeks a senior Talent Sourcing professional to lead proactive recruitment for highly specialized roles across heavy infrastructure and port sectors. You will build market maps, conduct talent landscape research, and shape long-term sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing tools.

You will partner with leadership and HR, manage pipelines in Workday, and create playbooks and networks to sustain

Qualifications

8+ years in talent sourcing, executive search, or recruitment research.
Proven success engaging passive candidates in heavy infrastructure and ports.
Expert LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and advanced sourcing techniques.
Experience building talent maps and long-term sourcing strategies.
Strong understanding of engineering/project delivery talent markets.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive sourcing for highly specialized roles across engineering and project delivery.
Build comprehensive talent maps, market intel, and long-term pipelines.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-ray sourcing for passive candidates.
Partner with leadership and TA to shape sourcing strategies and pipelines.
Manage candidate engagement and reporting in Workday with diversity in mind.
