Job summary

15Five is a fast-paced, remote startup where you will act as a Technical Co-Pilot for the revenue team, aligning complex API integrations with mid‑market and enterprise deals. You’ll validate requirements, build prototype environments, and ensure technical clarity across HRIS ecosystems.

You’ll craft bespoke proofs of concept, navigate GDPR/SOC2 considerations, and partner with AEs to close highly technical opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building products or API integrations.
• Ability to work with APIs, SFTP, SSO and data migration.
• Comfort with Postman to validate workflows.
• Fluency in speaking HR domain concepts to IT buyers.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner in the sales cycle and shape deal strategy.
• Demonstrate and scope API integrations to remove technical friction.
• Create micro-demos and document market gaps to influence roadmap.
