Job summary

Clean Earth in Pasadena, CA seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead a team responsible for offsite management of hazardous waste programs, including Lab Pack and HHW. You will ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and efficient operations while meeting customer SLAs and KPIs.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in hazardous waste, and the ability to drive improvement across service center processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hazardous waste experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop employees within the service center through coaching and feedback; conduct performance appraisals.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of service center staff and drivers.
• Lead regular meetings to communicate issues and changes, and ensure alignment with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure training compliance.
• Provide technical support to field staff and managers; assist in deployment of technical training.
• Stay updated on regulations and industry developments.
• Oversee safety, security, and compliance within the service center.
