Qualifications

BS in science or engineering or related field with 2 years of experience or MS with 0 years.
Additional 4 years of relevant experience/education can substitute a BS.
Experience analyzing electronic, mechanical or material components.
U.S. citizen with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Analyze datasheets, specs and drawings to select reliable components.
Support PM&P technical execution for Ground Based Strategic Deterrence system.
Review part selection for MIL-STD alignment and program requirements.
Draft component specs to ensure manufacturability for program needs.
Familiarize with lead-free processes and hexavalent chromium mitigation.
