Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a field-focused technical advisor to install, configure, and tailor weapon system hardware, software, and firmware upgrades at customer sites. The role supports DoD programs, provides in-depth troubleshooting, and delivers training to customers.

Travel >25% CONUS/OCONUS required; US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance are necessary. You will work independently and in teams to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to install weapon system hardware, software and firmware upgrades.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting and analysis for the system.
• Experience supporting field maintenance for DoD programs.
• Able to understand engineering technical verbiage and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, tailor products to customer requirements.
• Provide training to customers and may work at customer sites.
