Job summary

PHM is seeking a Senior Associate, Technical SEO to support technical health and optimization of client websites. You will conduct audits, develop actionable recommendations, and partner with SEO Account Managers, developers, analytics, and client stakeholders to implement improvements.

You will monitor site performance, stay updated on industry trends, and drive long-term organic growth through prioritized initiatives and effective measurement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO, SEO, Web Development, or related digital marketing discipline.
• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, structured data, JavaScript SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits for websites of varying complexity and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for client IT, developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SEO tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Python, C#, SQL, JavaScript frameworks, or similar languages is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving SEO trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits across client websites, identifying opportunities to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and organic visibility.
• Develop prioritized technical SEO recommendations aligned with client objectives, requirements, and effort.
• Monitor website health and identify issues affecting search performance.
• Evaluate SEO implementations after site updates and releases.
• Perform keyword, competitive, and technical research to support optimization.
• Stay current on SEO trends and best practices.
• Organize and manage technical SEO recommendations and measurement plans.
