Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Associate, Technical SEO to support technical health and optimization across client sites. You will conduct audits, develop actionable recommendations, and collaborate with SEO, development, analytics, and client teams to drive growth.

You will monitor site performance, stay current with algorithm updates, and help translate complex SEO concepts into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical SEO, SEO, Web Development, or a related digital marketing discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, structured data, JavaScript SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with front-end technologies and programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Python/SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits across client websites to improve crawlability, indexation, performance, and organic visibility.
• Develop prioritized technical SEO recommendations aligned with client objectives and implementation effort.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to implement SEO recommendations and validate results.
• Monitor website health and identify issues affecting search performance.
• Mentor Associates on SEO best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing.
