Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master with coaching experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an agile team within SAFe.
• Facilitate PI Planning and program increment activities.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies to improve delivery.
