Job summary

Spirit Electronics is seeking an Engineer Sales "Technical" to drive growth in advanced microelectronics engineering, backend foundry services, and MIL-STD testing. You will bridge Spirit's engineering team and customers, translating backend architectures into strong value propositions for aerospace, defense, automotive, and medical devices.

With 5+ years in technical sales and a solid EE background, you will lead high-value deals, perform capability briefings, and ensure compliance with MIL-STD

Qualifications

5+ years in technical sales or applications engineering for high-reliability components.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Deep familiarity with MIL-STD testing and aerospace/defense standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand deep technical relationships with Tier 1 aerospace/defense accounts.
Deliver technical presentations, capabilities briefings, and facility tours.
Collaborate with IC Packaging, Test Engineering, and PM teams to tailor backend workflows.
Own the technical sales lifecycle from discovery to contract closure.
Monitor standards like MIL-STD-883/750, AEC-Q100, ISO 13485 for customer solutions.
Travel for customer reviews and industry events.
