Proactive Global is seeking a frontline technical authority for complex steel construction projects. You will engage directly with clients to win opportunities and translate customer needs into robust, optimized structural solutions.

You will lead technical-commercial discussions, develop structural concepts, validate feasibility, manage high-value multidisciplinary bids, and ensure alignment between design, costing, planning and risk across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• 8-10+ years in structural engineering and steel construction.
• 8-10+ years in technical sales or project engineering.
• Proven track record on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical-commercial discussions with clients and optimize feasibility, cost, and performance.
• Develop structural concepts for complex steel projects and validate feasibility.
• Lead the preparation of high-value multidisciplinary offers and set bidding strategy.
• Align design, costing, planning and risk across functions.
• Coordinate with engineering, project execution, purchasing and sales.
