• Own the pursuit end to end, driving opportunities forward and keeping multiple deals on track.
• Connect sales, product and delivery to translate client statements into a clear solution brief with pricing.
• Lead technical discovery, map client pain points to feasible capabilities, and qualify budgets and decision makers.
• Own the client through delivery, establish governance, and maintain satisfaction while expanding the account.
• Track market trends and shape competitive positioning for modernization offerings.
• Own the GenAI narrative, explain where it helps and where it does not, and argue the approach against hype.
• Command room dynamics, steering decisions with client executives and internal stakeholders.
