Job summary

PhxPhxProConnect is seeking a Senior Technical Reporting Manager to lead the technical accounting and SEC reporting function. You will prepare and supervise monthly and quarterly reporting packages, mentor staff, and coordinate with Investor Relations for earnings releases.

The role requires GAAP expertise, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, legal, and operations. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in technical accounting roles with strong SEC reporting knowledge.
• Prior public accounting experience in audit and assurance a plus.
• Strong GAAP experience with hands on implementation.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for public company (K/Qs) including notes to consolidated financial statements and related reporting schedules.
• Experience researching and analyzing complex accounting issues and advising leadership on proper application.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations to prepare quarterly earnings releases and supporting schedules.
• Research and conclude on accounting for non-routine, complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP, including preparation of technical memorandums.
• Prepare consolidated balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analytics for internal control and for external auditors review.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
