Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting technical professionals in IC/DoD or national security market.
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates with TS/SCI and polygraphs.
• Strong full lifecycle recruiting knowledge from intake to onboarding.
• Ability to build networks of passive, highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting across multiple IC programs from intake to onboarding.
• Develop targeted strategies for cleared technical talent (software, cyber, AI/ML, S.E.).
• Identify TS/SCI and polygraph-cleared candidates via multiple sourcing channels.
• Partner with program managers to translate requirements into recruiting plans.
• Build pipelines and long-term relationships with passive candidates in the Fort Meade market.
• Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Support growth efforts by staffing ahead of contract requirements.
