Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, scope, and interview strategies.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-fill positions in aerospace, defense, and related fields.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build strong pipelines for specialized roles.
• Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and closing for top talent.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
