Job summary

Socure is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for Product, Data Science and FinOps in a fast-growing tech environment. You will partner with managers, build sourcing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, helping Socure scale while maintaining high standards.

You will drive end-to-end processes, craft proactive sourcing plans, and ensure timely, data-driven decisions that align with business goals and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in recruiting across multiple functions.
• Experience with structured recruiting methodologies.
• Partner to hiring managers and candidates.
• Drives continuous improvement and process scaling.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate development skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruiting across Product, Data Science, and FinOps.
• Create strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
• Qualify candidates against business and manager needs.
• Deliver high-touch experiences with frequent updates.
• Advise on processes and scale recruiting operations.
• Develop pipelines and active market networks.
