Job summary

Socure seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting across Product, Data Science and Fin/Ops in a high-growth tech environment. You will partner with managers, create strategies to attract top talent, qualify candidates, and deliver a standout candidate experience.

You will adapt processes, contribute to branding and diversity initiatives, and build a strong market network to sustain Socure’s growth. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition team within People Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading recruitment searches from inception to close across multiple functions and levels (SaaS preferred).
• Experience with structured recruiting methodologies.
• Experience as partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
• Focus on continuous improvement and scalable processes.
• Project management approach to talent acquisition with milestones and timelines.
• Self-driven with a relentless drive to find top talent.
• Expertise in various sourcing tools and channels with strong research.
• Experience with ATS and basic reporting; Ashby preferred.
• Expertise in AI-assisted sourcing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life-cycle recruiting process for positions across Product, Data Science and Fin/Ops teams.
• Create comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent for each search.
• Thoroughly qualify candidates based on business and hiring manager needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers with high touch engagement.
• Adapt to Socure’s processes and contribute to scalable recruiting practices.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives across branding, operations, diversity, training, documentation, and programming.
• Develop a strong network of potential candidates with active market presence.
