Socure is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full life-cycle recruitment process across Product, Data Science, and Fin/Ops in a high-growth tech environment. You will craft targeted strategies to attract best-in-class talent, thoroughly qualify candidates, and maintain high-touch engagement with both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience leading recruitment searches from inception to close across multiple functions and levels.
Experience with structured recruiting methodologies.
Experience as a partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers, hiring teams and candidates.
Project management approach to talent acquisition; planning searches and tracking milestones.

Responsibilities

Own the full life-cycle recruiting process for positions across Product, Data Science and Fin/Ops.
Create strategies to attract and engage top talent; leverage resources and identify new channels.
Qualify candidates based on business needs and hiring manager requirements.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience with proactive communication.
Adapt to Socure’s processes and contribute to scalable recruiting practices.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives across branding, operations, diversity, training, documentation.
Develop a strong network of potential candidates with market research.
