You work directly with real hiring managers on open reqs, not a portal, across long-term contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. You will source candidates from Desktop Support up to Director/VP levels, lead intake calls with hiring managers, and negotiate offers to build lasting pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years agency recruiting experience with proven full-cycle placements.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle technical recruiting across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire (not 360).
• Source and qualify candidates from Desktop Support up to Director/VP levels.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and bring market insight.
