Job summary

KLA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Milpitas to support strategic talent hiring for Optical, Opto-Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Product Development engineering teams.

You will partner with engineering leaders to shape workforce plans, drive sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role emphasizes data-driven hiring and collaborative stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, or Master's with related experience, or Bachelor's with related experience.
• Experience hiring Optical, Opto-Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Product Development Engineers.
• Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to align on workforce plans and hiring strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized engineering talent.
• Conduct candidate assessment and qualification screenings.
• Facilitate interview processes and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with HR on offer strategy and negotiations.
