Job summary

Outpostspace in Playa Vista, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hardware and software roles, partnering with engineering and operations leaders to forecast headcount and build proactive pipelines.

You will manage intake, JD calibration, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, while calibrating compensation and ensuring ITAR/EAR screening. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in hardware-centric or deep-tech environments.
• Experience hiring across hardware and software disciplines (two or more: test, GNC/controls, avionics/embedded, software, manufacturing/integration).
• Strong stakeholder partnership; ability to drive structured interviews and decisive debriefs.
