Job summary

Basis is in rapid growth mode and seeks an in‑office Recruiter in NYC to partner with our Head of Talent. You will help source and manage the candidate pipeline for roles across the company, driving the hires that will shape our early‑stage growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in recruiting for tech startups in NYC or relevant agencies, with superb verbal and writing abilities, a passion for people and AI, and a relentlessly curious, quick‑learning mindset.

• 1–6 years of recruiting experience in seed/Series A/B tech startups in NYC or at a tech‑focused recruiting agency.

About the role

Basis is in rapid growth-mode and looking to 3x our headcount within 12 months!

In this role, you'll be partnering with our Head of Talent in sourcing & managing the candidate pipeline for positions across our company

• 1-6 years of experience in recruiting, within a seed or series A/B company or within a recruiting agency that focuses on tech startups in NYC
