Job summary

Basis is hiring a Recruiting Associate in New York to manage a high volume of candidates across all business areas. You will work directly with our Head of Talent to build and scale our recruiting function as Basis grows rapidly.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in recruiting in agencies, tech startups, or financial institutions, with superb verbal and written communication, and a strong interest in people and AI.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience within a recruiting agency, tech startup, hedge fund, investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of candidates across all parts of our business.
• Work directly with Head of Talent to build our recruiting function and scale our efforts.

About the role

Basis is in rapid growth-mode and looking to 3x our headcount within 12 months!

In order to accomplish these goals, the Talent team is seeking a strong Recruiting Associate, to manage a high volume of candidates across all parts of our business

In this role, you'll work directly with our Head of Talent to build our business
