Job summary

Basis is rapidly growing and seeking a Recruiting Associate to help scale our talent operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will work closely with the Head of Talent to build our recruiting function and contribute to hiring across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in recruiting agency, tech startup, hedge fund or investment bank.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passionate about people and AI, with a strong curiosity and fast learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Head of Talent to help build Basis' recruiting function.
• Manage a high volume of candidates across all business units.
• Support end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate experience.

About The Role

Basis is in rapid growth-mode and looking to 3x our headcount within 12 months!

In order to accomplish these goals, the Talent team is seeking a strong Recruiting Associate, to manage a high volume of candidates across all parts of our business

In this role, you\'ll work directly with our Head of Talent to build our business
