AngelList Venture is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join their rapidly growing team. In this role, you will manage a high volume of candidates across various business areas and directly collaborate with the Head of Talent to build the business effectively.

The ideal candidate has 0-1 years of recruiting experience and possesses superb verbal and writing abilities. Basis values curiosity, a passion for people and AI, and quick learning.

About the role

Basis is in rapid growth-mode and looking to 3x our headcount within 12 months!

In order to accomplish these goals, the Talent team is seeking a strong Recruiting Associate, to manage a high volume of candidates across all parts of our business

In this role, you'll work directly with our Head of Talent to build our business
