Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Technical Quality Analyst for the PS2 unit in a hybrid role, primarily on-site in Middletown, RI. The candidate will lead QA for hardware, software, and documentation, conducting audits, reviews, and process improvements with cross‑functional teams. The role requires a STEM or related degree plus 3–5 years of QA experience, U.S.

citizenship, and eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in STEM or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
Experience reviewing and editing technical documents.
Prior quality assurance experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

Analyze policies and contractual requirements to implement compliant quality management for documents, software, and hardware.
Assess and improve mission assurance workflows to enhance product quality and consistency.
Conduct random and scheduled internal audits to verify QA compliance.
Support secure data transfer activities and customer communications.
Generate and track metrics related to program status QA data.
