Job summary

Gradiant seeks a Senior Process Engineer to design and develop water and wastewater treatment plants. You will work with Detail Engineering, Project Management, and Proposal teams to meet customer needs and provide technical expertise during proposals.

You will collaborate with Process & Applications Engineering, Commissioning, and NPI teams to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery and uphold Gradiant's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process and application engineering for water/wastewater.
• Familiarity with various water and wastewater technologies.
• Understanding of membranes and membrane processes for water treatment.
• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills; reliable and well-organized.
• Willingness to travel; experience in Semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new treatment processes and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Develop water/wastewater treatment process trains with the process team.
• Perform equipment design and sizing.
• Create and review PFDs, Heat and Mass Balance, P&IDs.
• Coordinate proposal development with internal teams (BD, engineering, process, Projects).
• Participate in vendor selection and risk assessment in technical evaluations.
• Develop project costing and support pricing efforts.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals on time with high quality.
• Present at customer meetings when required (Bid Clarifications/HAZOP/HAZID/FMEA).
• Prepare detailed process engineering deliverables and assist post-award activities.
