Infodash is seeking an experienced technical project manager to lead software consulting projects, coordinating with SharePoint developers and client teams to deliver on time, in scope, and within budget. You will balance technical execution with strong people leadership, guiding agile and waterfall processes as appropriate, and maintaining open client communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, in a consulting capacity.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• A client-first mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a consulting environment.
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, leveraging PM methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation and execution of project plans, including milestone planning from kickoff to go-live, addressing delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including deliverables, estimates, financials, and schedules.
• Maintain ownership of client satisfaction, company profitability, and project team workload.
• Ensure alignment with clients on project scope, timelines, and budgets; perform impact analysis for scope changes.
• Apply expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to adapt and enforce delivery process.
• Monitor project progress and assess risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
