Job summary

Oceus Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead large and complex projects for government clients. The role covers planning, execution, and coordination across technical teams, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Current secret clearance or eligibility to obtain a clearance.
• 12–15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10–13 years with a master’s degree.
• 4 years minimum of management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams in development and integration projects.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of DoD programs in a Business or Project Management role.
• Understanding of communications concepts and protocols including information assurance, network security, RF design, testing and optimization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Take projects from concept through final implementation.
• Conduct project meetings and tracking/analysis.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; manage deployments.
• Prepare and deliver contract deliverables and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with customers and senior staff.
• Lead project governance, budgets, and proposals as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
