Job summary

UST is seeking a highly technical Technical Project Manager to lead a team in managing end-to-end networking upgrades for a major US healthcare provider. The role combines strong project management with hands-on technical work and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will develop comprehensive plans, manage scope and budget, and guide the team through complex data management, ETL, and migration efforts in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years IT industry experience including application system design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Networking upgrade team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Provide technical guidance based on project requirements.
• Act as hands-on technologist when needed to deliver upgrade solutions.
