Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support NSF Indian Head facility design, renovation, and construction efforts. This on-site role collaborates with ERG and client teams at Indian Head, MD, and nearby offices.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 5+ years of engineering PM experience, with strong project scheduling and cost management skills using MS Project and Excel. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience; federal contract and facility design experience preferred.
• Expertise in reviewing technical data packages and engineering drawings.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project for scheduling dependencies, resources, critical path, and Gantt charts.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (VBA, lookups, pivot tables, scheduling forms).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey status updates to management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain scheduling tools and budgets using Excel and Project.
• Coordinate with management, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders including Infrastructure Division and Customer Advocate Office.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and spend plans; address concerns.
• Analyze and present project performance data to management.
• Support on-site planning and accompany survey/design teams onsite.
• Schedule, lead, and assist project planning meetings.
• Review, compile, and distribute documents and status updates to stakeholders.
