Job summary

CourtAvenue is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex digital programs across CMS, DAM, CRM, and marketing tools. You will own delivery from initiation to deployment, coordinate with client IT and marketing leaders, and drive value across multiple accounts and industries.

Hybrid role based in Minneapolis, with 1–2 days in office. The compensation reflects a $100,000–$130,000 annual range and total experience alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical or platform-based digital programs in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scopes, and client conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of projects and platform programs from initiation through deployment.
• Ensure controls, high-quality deliverables and milestones are met.
• Balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risk.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional streams.
• Support development teams in Jira and review client-facing deliverables.
• Write scopes and Statements of Work for delivery teams.
• Mentor and grow project managers and producers.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Technical teams, and Creative leads.
• Create integrated timelines across agency, client, and third-party teams.
• Evaluate and improve delivery practices across the practice.
• Manage multiple client engagements across industries.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to meet outcomes.
• Contribute to new business and pitches.
• Clarify strategic requirements and communicate roadblocks.
