Job summary

NORTH EAST MEDICAL SERVICES is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager IT in Daly City, CA to lead complex infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems initiatives within the IT PMO. The role interfaces technical work and governance, owning artifacts, coordinating with vendors, and aligning cross-team dependencies across four IT verticals.

Reports to the IT PMO Lead and collaborates with the Senior Project Manager IT and other infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with infrastructure or technical projects (DC, cloud, network, systems).
• Experience with Epic or comparable EHR projects in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Vendor coordination and SOW milestone management.
• HIPAA, data privacy, and security considerations in healthcare IT.
• FQHC or community health experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical IT projects of moderate-to-high complexity (infrastructure, cloud, network, systems).
• Coordinate with Senior Project Manager IT on Azure Cloud Data Center build and related initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, WBS, RAID logs, milestone trackers.
• Coordinate vendor delivery and track SOW milestones across partners (Rackspace, Palo Alto, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Manage cross-functional relationships across Infrastructure, Applications, Analytics, and Software Development.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign action items.
