Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead biometrics modernization, coordinating across software teams and serving as a key customer liaison with strong knowledge of complex system development.

Ideal candidates will guide Epic/Feature roadmaps, apply SAFe DevSecOps, and partner with product managers to prioritize requirements while mitigating risk and enabling timely deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience; work experience may substitute for degree
• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Experience with SAFe and Agile frameworks across major tech assignments
• Experience interacting with government customers and biometric technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project goals, governance, milestones, and budgets while aligning with customer mission objectives.
• Coordinate agile teams and customer communications; manage scope, schedule, and cost.
• Develop requirements and advise prioritization with product managers; drive risk management.
• Lead coordination of verification, validation, and deployments within a SAFe DevSecOps environment.
