Job summary

Tradewind Aviation, a leading Part 135 operator, seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex software development and system integration initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery, work closely with development teams, and liaison with stakeholders across the organization in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires SDLC expertise, PMP certification, 10–15 years of PM experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive projects in Agile/Waterfall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience with a strong technical focus.
• Proven experience managing software development projects with Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration across departments and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
