Job summary

MAP is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to lead high‑complex Adobe Martech and data projects. You will act as a strategic and tactical linchpin, solving client challenges, establishing PM best practices, driving practice standardization, and mentoring TPMs.

Over 10–15 years in the Adobe ecosystem, you will influence governance, architecture guidance, and project delivery across global teams, aligning with client executives and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager in Adobe ecosystem.
• Previous line management experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record managing complex, large‑scale projects with data integration in the Adobe stack.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple time zones, preferably US East Coast working hours.

Responsibilities

• Governance, risk & change management across complex projects.
• Standardize processes and optimize delivery across teams.
• Manage resources and capacity for technical projects.
• Accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Lead multi‑project initiatives with clear prioritization and milestones.
• Provide data/architecture guidance to architects and leads.
• Mentor TPMs and Senior TPMs, with coaching and career development.
• Support client pitches with technical strategy and roadmaps.
