Jobgether is seeking an experienced Accountabilities and Programs Manager to drive multiple tech projects for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery, product, and growth, translating business needs into actionable plans.

• At least 5 years of experience in technical account management, project management, or program management in software/automation environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with experience preparing status reports, risk registers, dashboards, and other project docs.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical specs and actionable delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent business-level English.
• Comfortable working in a flat, distributed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive delivery mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects aligned with client objectives and business priorities.
• Develop understanding of communication and automation technologies, including voice, SMS, NLU, and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Build and maintain account roadmaps with visibility into progress, milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Gather, validate, document, and communicate requirements to implementation teams.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, timelines, and resource allocation for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery, product, and growth teams to align priorities across stakeholders.
• Act as the primary client contact, leading design workshops, progress reviews, and strategic decision meetings.
• Represent the organization during onsite client/partner meetings when required.
• Maintain clear communication across all teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Accountabilities:

Requirements:

• - At least 5 years of experience in technical account management, technical project management, or program management within software, automation, or technology-driven environments.
• - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• - Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders, balancing project delivery responsibilities with relationship management.
• - Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience preparing project status reports, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and other structured project documentation.
• - Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, and automation architectures.
• - Ability to translate business, operational, and customer requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable delivery plans.
• - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• - Fluent business-level English.
• - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a flat, distributed, and fast-paced environment.
• - Strong problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving projects forward.

Nice to have:

• - Experience with automation platforms, conversational AI, or SaaS product delivery.
• - Previous hands-on experience in software development, systems analysis, solutions engineering, or another technical role.
• - Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow orchestration systems.
• - Experience managing distributed or international delivery teams.
