Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Join the NetSuite Cloud Operations Team – We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact, complex technical IT projects that shape the future of Cloud Operations. This includes cloud data center build-outs, product and service migrations, upgrades to new technologies, and cutting-edge cloud infrastructure projects. In this role, you will lead critical projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the NetSuite Project Office (NPO).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-visibility infrastructure projects such as cloud data center build-outs, service migrations, deployments, and technology upgrades.
• Manage projects across multiple teams using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee project scope, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
• Proven experience with Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, security, and server deployment.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate teams, drive accountability, and ensure high performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing demands.
• Experience applying best practices and driving process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT project management within a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and Jira.
• PMP and/or CSM certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
