Job summary

RedStream Technology is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic transformation programs across Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS, ERP, and other critical systems. Senior Enterprise Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO)

Contract Role (3 days/week Onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation initiatives across Salesforce, SAP, Dayforce, WMS (Warehouse Mgmt Systems), ERP, and other business-critical programs.

This individual will partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate combines executive presence with hands‑on execution, bringing strong experience managing enterprise implementations, project financials, vendors, risks, and organizational change.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of enterprise project management experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven success delivering Salesforce implementation or CRM transformation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise initiatives involving ERP, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Finance, HRIS, Customer Experience, or Manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership, business owners, Finance, and IT.
• Experience leading third‑party implementation partners and system integrators.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
