Job summary

Expedia Group in Austin seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Product Operations to scale Digital Operations with strong program leadership and governance.

You will drive intake, prioritization, dependency management, and roadmap visibility across Marketing Operations, Engineering, Web Experience, CRM, Analytics, and AI. A high-impact leader will bring structure to ambiguity and mature operating models while delivering value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, product, engineering, and operations.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile, and product delivery frameworks.
• Ability to drive intake, prioritization, planning, and dependency management across competing demands.
• Experience with Marketing Technology, CRM, web platforms, analytics, or broader data ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intake, prioritization, and roadmap across Digital Operations initiatives.
• Serve as technical program lead across a complex portfolio of work with cross-functional alignment.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, capacity planning, and resource allocation across teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision-making processes, operating rhythms, and escalation paths.
• Build repeatable playbooks, documentation standards, and execution frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Ops, Web Experience, CRM, Analytics, and AI stakeholders to coordinate initiatives.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and ensure leadership visibility for decisions.
• Create accountability models to balance process with speed and flexibility.
• Develop reporting dashboards showing throughput, capacity, roadmap health, and impact.
• Lead operational reviews and executive communications for prioritization and improvement.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive operational improvements in delivery quality.
