Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years leading enterprise technology program management.
• 3+ years guiding SRE, production operations, or infrastructure reliability programs.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs with engineering, infrastructure and product teams.
• Shape program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
• Drive automation initiatives for incident response, deployment, and toil reduction.
• Govern risk, governance cadence, and executive reporting for large reliability programs.
